Why Is IBS So Hard to Heal?
A Multi-Faceted Diagnosis Requires a Multi-Layered Healing Approach
If you have IBS, you have experience with it NOT being a straight-forward diagnosis to get rid of.
You have probably tried everything recommended by doctors, nutritionists, and blog posts online.
Low FODMAP diet. Colonoscopies. Endoscopies. Gluten free. Dairy free. More fiber. More water. Less stress.
You name it - you've done it.
Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation.
But have you done THIS therapy?
You might ask -
What therapy, Allison?
I'm talking about Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Visceral Manipulation (VM). AND Functional Lab Testing. Together.
This is a POWERFUL combo of therapies for our clients with IBS. Just this week, I had a client tell me that her constipation had completely cleared up after a session of Visceral Manipulation with me. In that session, we worked on restrictions in her chest (her chest!) that was impacting her large intestine via her diaphragm and restricted breathing patterns.
This client ALSO has found several pathogens in her body using functional lab testing, and has begun to address heavy metals in her body as well as previously un-identified food sensitivities that were stressing her body OUT.
On today's podcast episode, I talk all about what Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation are, how to know if you need them, and why they are so powerful to combine with functional lab testing.
Because your body is WORTH more than just one therapy to get full and complete healing. You with me?
I can't wait to see you in the podcast,
