7 Steps to Reverse Constipation, Acid Reflux, and IBS

When I got tested years later — not because I knew to — I found two major issues:

  • Blastocystis hominis

  • H. pylori

I never knew these were inside me. My symptoms made me think it was just diet or stress.

Because I was guessing.

I thought low FODMAP “fixed” me — but I never got off the diet.

Most people in gut‑healing circles talk about:
