Periods, PMS, and Amenorrhea

Back in January, I did a big poll to better understand the problems that you, my listeners, are currently dealing with. And one of the BIGGEST problems that came up was something I just really haven't talked a lot about yet - hormones.

There were four categories of hormonal questions that came up around: periods, pregnancy & postpartum, perimenopause, and PCOS.

I find that MOST conversations around these hormones make them sound SUPER complicated, but in reality, they can be explained, and supported, in SUPER simple ways.

So I wanted to create my own series showing you exactly how I think of and support my hormones and my clients hormones at each of these stages.

Today's topic is all about the period. I'll be answering:

• Why periods become painful (PMS)
• Why periods disappear (amenorrhea)
• How to have painless periods and bring your period back - for good
